The staff here make no exception to ensure customers are welcome, it's clean, homely, great location and very helpful with every requested. I'm genuinely sad to be leaving this place, that really feels more like a home than a hotel. The location is great too, with coffee around the corner and very close to walking streets. Highly recommended

Good things The rooms are spacious and clean Lots of Tv channels and is connected to internet Free Netflix Prompt and efficient staff. Bad things Rooms had mosquitoes and flies Charge 7% card fee for credit card payments Small entrance, hard to find A lot of stairs. Charges joiner fee Standard room does not have balcony. Balcony room is more costly. No views outside window

I used their recommended driver from BKK because he "knew where the hotel was" .. well he didn't. The stairs are steep and horrible and were a deal breaker for me. Cancelled the rez and paid the one night penalty. Money wasted, but well spent.

The hotel is closed to the beach and walking street, the manager very friendly and helpful the rooms were spacious, the only thing which I didn't like that there is no lift and you need to climb the stairs and the noisy from the street, but I recommend this hotel for stay

No elevator only 1 lady to help with luggage. Wifi not working although management did try to fix and were most apologetic. Close to walking street among indian and arabic food places. Aircon unsatisfactory. Very slow and too small for room size. Bathroom window permanently open letting in hot air. Good tv reception. No room safe. Bed too firm no extra pillows. Clean. Reception continuously unmanned with a sign on the reception door "On Break". I wont stay here again.
